Our finder’s fee pays for assisted source research, brand and model matching, and email delivery of the available result. Product names and trademarks are used only to identify the manual requested and belong to their respective owners.
We do not provide manufacturer-authorized product repair or technical support. Customers should contact the product manufacturer for product-specific technical assistance.
The price inclusive of the paid Services, or its method of calculation if the price can not be determined in advance, is posted on the Site before any access to the paid Services by the User. Access to the paid services supposes that the User holds a valid debit or credit card of the brands Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Discover and Union Pay.
The finder’s fee varies by manual category and location and is displayed in the Order Summary before purchase. It covers source research, brand and model matching, and email delivery. Any optional service or recurring plan charge is disclosed separately at checkout. Applicable taxes are included or added as shown at the time of the order.
After our team completes the search, the available matching manual or source will be sent to the email address provided at purchase. Customers should also check their spam folder.
We cannot guarantee that every requested manual exists or is available. Customers must provide accurate brand and model information. If we cannot locate the requested manual, the finder’s fee is eligible for refund as described below.

By completing a purchase, you also enroll in the Manual Access & Support Plan. This is an automatically renewing subscription charged at US$9.99 today and every month until canceled. The plan provides ongoing manual-search assistance beyond the initial request. Service is delivered by email; it does not provide a manufacturer account, product authorization, or access to a stored document library.
The selected payment method is charged automatically each month unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@all-usermanuals.com; no prior authorization is required. After cancellation is processed, future billing stops and service remains active through the end of the paid billing period. The plan includes:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If we cannot locate the requested manual, or if the delivered result does not match the brand and model provided, contact refunds@all-usermanuals.com within seven days. Refund processing may take up to 12 business days after approval.
The finder’s fee is covered by our seven-day money-back guarantee when we cannot locate the requested manual or the result does not match the brand and model provided. Email refunds@all-usermanuals.com to request review.
The Manual Access & Support Plan may be canceled at any time by emailing contact@all-usermanuals.com; no prior authorization is required. The current monthly plan fee is non-refundable once the billing period begins, and plan service remains available until the end of that paid period.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
